Thought Boxes
Thought Boxes developed during the long election campaign. I listened as people repeated positions their parties held, seemingly without giving real personal thought to the positions. It occurred to me that we humans take on ideas, box them up and store them, but seldom get them out to inspect them again. We become rigid in our positions and lazy in our thinking processes. Thought Boxes is a visual essay on this phenomenon, hopefully moving rigid mind structures to a new intelligence that breaks up patterns and allows thought to flourish and become truly free and independent.
